Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA)
Worked directly with the Assistant General Manager of Technology / CIO on a department-wide initiative to implement MARTA’s first Program/Project Management Office. This included development and implementation of a standardized project management methodology and framework, and other PMO support activities. Also designed and developed MARTA’s Intranet – MartaNet – which provides MARTA with a variety of resources, from an employee directory to Train Control reports.

Naval Postgraduate School (NPS)
Redesigned and developed the NPS University web site; re-engineered the information architecture for the main site and re-engineered the web business process, which included implementation of a new content management process.

U.S. Department of Agriculture
Worked closely with the Office of the Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Agriculture to eGovernment services on a department-wide initiative to meet presidential and other federal mandates. This included enterprise architecture, web/portal development, technology product and vendor selection, technical consulting, development, testing, implementation, and other IT consulting and decision support activities.

U.S. Department of Education – Federal Student Aid
Provided services to the Department of Education on the Common Services for Borrowers Project, which processes U.S. Department of Education student loans. Currently providing independent quality control services, quality and operations metrics analysis, and EDP/IT audit services for the entire project.
