Provided a full range of IT staff augmentation resources to Computer Aid, Inc. who was the full-service Managed Service Provider responsible for overseeing all service delivery activities of the IT Staff Augmentation Contracts of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of Arkansas, and State of Maine.

Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA)
Worked directly with the Assistant General Manager of Technology / CIO on a department-wide initiative to implement MARTAs first Program/Project Management Office. This included development and implementation of a standardized project management methodology and framework, and other PMO support activities.

U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid
Providing services to the Department of Education on the Common Services for Borrowers Project, which processes U.S. Department of Education student loans. Currently providing independent quality control services, quality and operations metrics analysis, and EDP/IT audit services for the entire project.

U.S. Department of Agriculture
Worked closely with the Office of the Chief Information Officer at the U.S. Department of Agriculture to eGovernment services on a department-wide initiative to meet presidential and other federal mandates. This included enterprise architecture, web/portal development, technology product and vendor selection, technical consulting, development, testing, implementation, and other IT consulting and decision support activities.

Naval Postgraduate School (NPS)
Redesigned and developed the NPS University web site; re-engineered the information architecture for the main site and re-engineered the web business process, which included implementation of a new content management process.

Provided permanent placement and staff augmentation resources for SAP (technical and functional), Oracle (technical and functional), Siebel (technical and functional), and PMI certified Project Manager requisitions.
